Really exhausting journey to say the least. Travelled from Stockholm (Skavsta) to Stansted, waited for 4 hours before flying to Kuala Lumpur. Then, wait for it, had an 8 hour lay over until first flight to Jakarta the following morning. Drank more coffee than the normal weekly intake. Found a great 24 hour coffee house that sold amazing veggie pies and great cheesecakes, oh and fat free water, what ever that may be.....
KL seems like fun but very busy, we will pop in here on the way through Malaysia during October, but may only stay for one night since the human body can only inhale so much carbon monoxide.
Arrived at Jakarta early morning, very impressed with Air Asia... Jakarta seems somewhat different to KL, less air conditioning for one, but still very busy. Met our travel agent at the FM7 hotel and picked up air tickets for Pengkalanbun (Borneo), yippee we now have all in place.
Tomorrow will be an adventure, will keep you posted.
